We accept returns within 20 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Please note that returns apply only to items purchased directly from our website.

🔹 Used items
🔹 Items not in their original condition
🔹 Gift cards, if applicable
Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned once production has begun unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask for clear photos of the issue so we can review it properly. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for faulty items, but we do offer replacements when the issue is verified.
If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind:

🔹 return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed

Custom diamond painting kits are made specifically from the image or design you submit. For that reason, they are non-refundable and non-returnable once processing has started.
If your custom order arrives with a production issue or damage, please contact us and we will work on a suitable replacement solution.
