We want shipping to feel clear from the start. This page explains how orders move through processing, what delivery timelines usually look like, and what to keep in mind once a parcel is on its way.

Every order first goes through a preparation stage before it is shipped.

Most orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days. During busier periods, promotions, or seasonal peaks, processing can take longer and may extend to up to 20 business days.

After processing is complete and the order has been dispatched, delivery times usually follow the destination:

United States: 10 to 20 days

United Kingdom: 7 to 14 days

Canada and Australia: up to 20 business days

Europe and Rest of World: up to 25 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping conditions.

The full delivery window is made up of two parts:

Processing time + shipping time

Because of that, delivery should be calculated from the moment the order ships, not only from the day it was placed.

As soon as an order is dispatched, tracking details are sent by email.

In some cases, the first tracking update does not appear immediately. This is normal, especially with international shipments, where tracking may take a few days to begin showing movement.

International shipping does not always move in a perfectly steady way. A parcel may travel normally while the tracking remains unchanged for a short time, especially when it is between transit points or waiting for the next carrier scan.

Delivery estimates are also not guaranteed dates. Customs handling, local carrier delays, weather conditions, and high shipping volume can all affect the final arrival time.

Before completing checkout, it is important to make sure the shipping address is correct and complete.

If you notice a mistake after placing the order, contact us as soon as possible. If processing has not started yet, we may still be able to update the address. Once the order has moved forward, changes may no longer be possible.

Sometimes a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or the package was not collected in time.
